Senior Lifestyle is seeking a security professional to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff within the community. The role involves securing all facility areas, monitoring cameras and life safety systems, and performing regular rounds to detect unusual activity.

No prior experience is required, though previous security work is preferred. The successful candidate will de-escalate incidents and respond promptly to emergencies while upholding daily safety protocols.

Qualifications

• You excel at confronting and de-escalating or resolving safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Secure all areas of the facility, checking for open doors or unusual activity.
• Monitor emergency and safety equipment including security cameras, phones, and life safety systems.
• Complete regularly scheduled rounds in and around the building.
• Communicate about and respond to all unusual activity or emergency situations.
