Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of security or related field experience.
• Ability to manage stressful situations and respond appropriately during emergencies.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during crisis situations.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License preferred.
• Ability to pass background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds to monitor safety and security throughout the facility.
• Ensure clients are in authorized areas and following program rules.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and parking areas.
• Respond to incidents with de-escalation techniques.
• Assist staff during emergencies and notify authorities when needed.
• Maintain logs and report safety concerns to leadership.
