Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist at our Advance, NC facility. The role is on-site with a safety-sensitive mandate and requires coordinating safety training, writing incident reports, and performing loss-prevention duties to protect people, products, and operations.

Responsibilities include guarding the front gate, enforcing safety policies, investigating incidents, and managing entry credentials while supporting emergency procedures and continuous safety

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Safety, Security, or Loss Prevention.
• First Aid certification required or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Guard Post Hero: Be the welcoming face at our front gate.
• Safety Champion: Enforce policies that keep our team protected.
• Incident Investigator: Document and resolve security matters.
• Access Controller: Verify credentials and manage site entry.
• Problem Solver: Continuously improve our safety processes.
• Team Player: Collaborate on accident prevention initiatives.
• Escort Services: Escort personnel to and from the property as needed.
• Emergency Procedures: Execute command post procedures during natural or man-made disasters.
