Senior Lifestyle Corporation's Evergreen Retirement Community seeks a security professional dedicated to keeping residents and staff safe. You will secure all areas, monitor equipment, and respond to unusual activity while maintaining a calm, respectful presence.

No experience is required, though previous security experience is preferred. You should have a keen eye for noticing out-of-place items and people and be capable of de-escalating situations to protect a secure environment.

Qualifications

• You have a keen eye for noticing unusual activity and things/people that are out of place.
• You excel at confronting and de-escalating or resolving situations that warrant a safety concern.

Responsibilities

• Secure all areas of the facility, checking for open doors or unusual activity.
• Monitor emergency and safety equipment including security cameras, phones, and life safety systems.
• Complete regularly scheduled rounds in and around the building.
• Communicate about and respond to all unusual activity or emergency situations.
