Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Security Specialist, Assistance to join the regional Security Assistance team. The role involves delivering high-quality security risk assessments, coordinating security responses, and supporting travelers, international assignees, and clients.

Reporting to the Security Director, Assistance, you will manage three 12-hour shifts per week on a rotational basis, travel to assess security environments as required, and help expand the provider network to enhance

Qualifications

• Experience delivering security risk assessments tailored to client itineraries.
• Coordinate responses to security requests and produce Plans of Action (POA) as needed.
• Track tasks and liaise with clients traveling complex environments.
• Travel to assess security situations and expand provider networks.
• Communicate progress to international stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke verbal and written security risk assessments.
• Coordinate responses to security requests for assistance; produce POAs.
• Set up, coordinate and monitor tracking tasks using GPS and client communications.
• Provide security advice to callers and organize appropriate security assistance.
• Ensure proper handover of cases at shift changes and communicate progress to stakeholders.
