Foxwood Springs is a retirement community seeking a Courtesy Officer to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The role includes monitoring visitors and residents, patrolling both inside and outside areas, and coordinating with leadership for any safety concerns.

A stable, friendly environment awaits with opportunities for ongoing training and growth. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; fire safety and CPR/First Aid training are preferred, with 1–3 months related

• Greet and monitor visitors and Residents entering and leaving the facility.
• Monitor interior, exterior and parking lot; report unusual findings to leadership or authorities as needed.

A typical day for a Courtesy Officer includes:

• Greeting and monitoring visitors and Residents coming and going from the facility
• Monitoring the inside and outside of the facility and the parking lot; reporting any abnormal findings to the Executive Director or to the proper authorities as the situation dictates
• Completing foot and vehicle patrols around the Community

Courtesy Officer Requirements:

• High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Fire Safety and Basic CPR/First Aid Training
• One to three months related experience and or training preferred
