Bridge Senior Living in Sandy Springs, GA seeks a Courtesy Officer for night coverage (10pm–8am) Thu-Sun to safeguard the facility and assist residents. You will greet guests, sign in visitors, and coordinate with staff to address needs, while ensuring a secure, welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualified candidates have CPR certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• CPR certification or ability to obtain CPR certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of building and grounds and monitor access.
• Greet residents and visitors in a polished, professional manner.
• Manage front desk sign-in/sign-out for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls with courtesy.
• Inform residents or staff of arrivals of guests, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist residents with requests by coordinating with other staff.
