What You Will Be Doing

As the Security Rep Staff you will be responsible for leading security program development, serving as a Contractor Program Security Officer or Contractor Special Security Officer, and ensuring compliance with SAP, SCI, and DoD security rules.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Develop, administer, and audit security programs for classified and export‑controlled data.
• Serve as CPSO/CSSO and manage SAP, SCI, and DoD security requirements.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to be considered.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years
• Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07.
• Candidate must be a self-driven and results oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk‑managed security recommendations, based on limited and/or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.

Desired Skills

• Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
• Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, ACSSO or physical security specialist.
• Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
