Lockheed Martin is seeking a security professional to develop, implement, and audit enterprise-wide standardization programs for protecting classified material and export-controlled data. The role requires SME-level guidance on SAP/SCI programs and interaction with U.S. Government customers, ensuring compliance with DoD and ICD standards.
You will manage PERSEC activities, SAP access, and security education, while coordinating with CSSOs and providing support for classified meetings and visits.
Develops, administers and audits F-35 enterprise-wide standardization programs for compliance with government and Lockheed Martin regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Performs as subject matter expert (SME) in on the F-35 Security Mobile Response Team (SMST) as the Program Security PERSEC point of contact focusing on all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DoW collateral classified programs. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules, SCI security rules (ICD) and DoW security rules. Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program. Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials. Establishes, implements and communicates industry best practices or lessons learned. Develops and conducts security education classes. Prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. Serves as the focal point for enterprise-wide SCI nominations, reporting to the program CSSOs. Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings.
