The position is located at Luke AFB, AZ and will support F-35 security operations. Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required to support either first, second or third shift operations to include weekends as required. Sone travel may be required. Due to local mission requirements, a Top-Secret clearance may be required in the future. The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site security operations including but not limited to:
Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs. Serves as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) or a Security Representative. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (JAFAN/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.
Current security clearance investigation within 5 years from investigation close date. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access. Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials. Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.
Experience working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment. Experience working in a military environment. Knowledge working with the F-35 program security environments. Experience providing briefings and/or training. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00. At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
