Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Legal work status in the US
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Reliable transportation (public transport not acceptable)
• Cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions
• Ability to obtain an MD Guard Card
• Ability to perform duties as stated in post orders (standing/walking, lifting)
• Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones)
• Valid full driver's license (public transportation not acceptable)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily log of all activities during your assigned shift at your post
• Document all incidents during your shift in a detailed incident report
• Conduct walking/vehicular patrols during your shift
• Enforce customer rules in a professional and courteous manner
• Arrive on time and in proper uniform at your post
• Interact and communicate with the public
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication
• Assess and evaluate emergencies effectively
• Identify critical issues quickly and respond appropriately
