Job summary

Prosegur in Atlanta seeks a Bid Proposal Coordinator– Security Services to orchestrate RFP/RFI responses and client materials. You will translate security concepts and staffing models into compelling, compliant proposals while maintaining collateral and proposal resources.

The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and sharp written and verbal communication across multiple departments and locations. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in sales enablement, proposal coordination, or related roles; 3–5 years preferred.
• Experience coordinating RFPs/RFIs or deadline-driven submissions preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint/Teams.
• Experience using AI tools to support content and productivity.
• Understanding of security services or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFPs, RFIs, client questionnaires, presentations, and other deliverables from receipt to submission.
• Review documents to identify requirements, deadlines, criteria, and needed internal resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture staffing plans, patrol frequencies, and hardware specs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and leadership for information.
• Gather client requirements related to certifications, licenses, insurance, training, staffing, and contracts.
• Document staffing deployment plans, officer requirements, patrol frequencies, supervision models, and tech solutions.
• Work with Finance and Operations to coordinate pricing inputs, wage structures, overtime, equipment costs.
• Translate operational and security information into client-focused proposal content.
• Coordinate proofreading, formatting, layout, production, and electronic submission while maintaining branding.
• Maintain digital libraries of sales and proposal assets.
• Track procurement portals and client communications for opportunities and updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal workflows and content.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders across functions and locations to keep deadlines.
• Support special projects and other commercial initiatives as assigned.
