Qualifications

• Understanding of access control systems, video management and intrusion detection.
• 3-5 years of experience in physical security installation and project management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination by setting up project meetings with project teams, vendors and contractors.
• Delegate tasks, provide support to technicians and resolve issues on projects.
• Risk management by identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that could impact project success.
• Track project progress by regularly reviewing project status, identifying potential issues and developing a plan to keep the project on track.
• Travel weekly to job sites to review project status and installation progress.
• Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, clients, senior management and team members by providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Execute quality control by ensuring that project deliverables are meeting client standards.
• Post project evaluation by analyzing project performance, identifying lessons learned and documenting best practices for future projects.
