Job summary

LONG Building Technologies, Anchorage, Alaska, is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee the full lifecycle of Security Solutions projects. You will coordinate planning, design, procurement of equipment, and staffing to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets customer specifications.

This role requires strong organization, cost awareness, and the ability to adapt to changing scopes. Travel to job sites may be required, and collaboration with field teams and engineers is essential to

Qualifications

• 4 years of construction management degree preferred; may have a 2-year technical degree with 2 years of commercial security experience or 5 years of commercial security project management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, electronic principles, electrical systems, monitored alarms and engineering, installation, management, and construction procedures.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain equipment submittals and other project documents as required.
• Ensure project documentation is up to date and accurate (scope, plans, specs).
• View and analyze job reports using company tools and reports.
