Job summary

SecTek, Inc. in McLean, VA is seeking an experienced operations leader to serve as the primary client contact, ensure all contract specifications and service requirements are met, and build and maintain strong client relationships.

You will supervise security officer recruitment, create shifts, process payroll, update post orders and emergency procedures, conduct inspections, remain on call 24/7 for emergencies, and attend client meetings to deliver requested reports and services.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in security operations with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.
• Strong relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary company point of contact for our client.
• Ensure all contract specifications and service agreement requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle escalated client issues and complaints.
• Conduct visits and inspections.
• Supervise the recruiting and selection process of security officers and ensure all posts are staffed with qualified, trained personnel.
• Manage all account-specific employment practices including performance management and reviews, discipline, and complaint investigations.
• Create officer post/shift schedules and process payroll.
• Update post orders and emergency procedures on a regular basis.
• Conduct regular security inspections and investigate security threats and breaches.
• Be available 24/7 for calls, notifications, assistance and response to emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate account files covering operations, and training.
• Attend all client meetings and meet expectations with any required client request or deliverable.
