W&M Fire Protection Services in White Plains, NY is seeking a Security Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver security projects for our growing team. You will manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications across GC/CM, clients, and subcontractors.

The right candidate has 3+ years in security or related fields, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and a desire to grow into a leadership role within the project management team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience in security, low‑voltage, electrical, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills – with GCs/CMs tradesmen, clients, field crews, management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and track project plans: timelines, milestones, budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, field techs, subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
• Identify risks and roadblocks; propose and implement mitigation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Security Project Manager to join our team in White Plains, NY. In this role, the Project manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver security projects. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, and an ability to manage multiple moving parts. For the right candidate, there is potential to expand into department leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in working with GC/CM in construction environment
• Create, manage, and track project plans: timelines, milestones, budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, field techs, subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
• Identify risks and roadblocks; propose and implement mitigation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure proper close‑out: documentation, punch lists, client approval.

Must-Have Qualifications
