Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent with at least five years of experience.
• 5 years of Project Management experience in security or new construction.
• CSPM and PMI PMP certifications preferred or able to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex projects with medium to high priority.
• Manage schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer expectations.
• Present updates to management and customers; manage vendor relationships; ensure on-time, in-scope completion.
