As a **Security Professional - Retail Patrol - Part Time** in **Monroe, NY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a retail or mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining open communication with visitors and staff. This position may require driving as part of your patrol duties. You will contribute to a welcoming environment by upholding our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork, always acting with integrity and putting people first.

**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Fri03:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Sat03:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Sun03:30 PM - 11:30 PM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

+ Help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing the surroundings.

+ Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.

+ Assist customers, visitors, and staff with directions or information as appropriate.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.

+ New York Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
