Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer to patrol designated sites, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more. You will use a flexible shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits your availability, gaining hands-on site experience.

Applicants should have 3+ years in military, law enforcement, or corrections, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and be capable of operating radios and reporting clearly. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Military or Law Enforcement or Corrections experience.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws; drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions and respond to security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department as needed.
• Monitor entrances and exits and verify authorized personnel.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
