Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in Philadelphia, PA. This part-time role offers flexible shifts and access to a shift-pickup platform to build a varied schedule and site experience.

You will patrol areas on foot or by vehicle, monitor entrances, and prepare incident reports. Applicants must be 21+, have a valid license, and pass a background check and drug screen. Outdoor work is required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license where required and clean driving history.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• Must be 21+ years old (21 if armed).
• Ability to work outdoors and stand/walk long periods.
• Effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions affecting safety.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rules and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper property removal.
• Investigate and report incidents; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site post orders.
