This role uses a shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, helping you build a flexible schedule while gaining real-world site experience.

The position offers $21.00 per hour with afternoon, evening, morning, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license if operating company vehicle.
• 18+ (21+ if armed) and adaptable to different post assignments.
• Reliable and able to operate radios/consoles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of infractions and monitor entry points.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor exits.
• Observe and prevent theft of company property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
