Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer in Florida to patrol client sites, respond to alarms, and monitor entrances with a flexible shift model. You will use our shift-pickup platform to claim openings that fit your availability, gaining site experience across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more.

The role emphasizes reliable performance, strong communication, and teamwork while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law; license requirements vary by state/locality.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed) and have reliable transportation or valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized entry.
• Warn violators of rules and assist with entry control at client sites.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
