Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect clients across industries such as Healthcare, Education, and Finance. You will use a shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits your availability and gain diverse site experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed in some states).
• Ability to operate radio/console monitoring equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional public interactions.
• Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or summon police/fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications according to site Post Orders.
