Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer. The Security Professional Flex Officer will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more. As a Security Professional Flex Officer, you’ll use our exclusive shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across industries. This position may require working irregular shifts with little notice.

Starting Base Pay: $14 per hour

Qualifications

• 21+ Years of Age with A Valid GA Driver's License
• 1+ Years Security, Law Enforcement or Military Experience

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions
• Sound alarms or call police/fire in emergencies
• Warn violators of infractions
• Control access points and monitor entrances/exits
• Protect against theft and ensure proper property removal
• Investigate incidents and maintain logs
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally
• Make emergency notifications as per site orders

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle
• Background check and drug screening required
• No prior experience required
• At least 18 years old (21 if armed)
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to operate communication equipment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess situations quickly and mediate conflicts

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
