Job Description

We are hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer. You will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Healthcare, Education, and Finance. Use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, allowing you to build a flexible schedule and gain diverse site experience. This role suits those seeking to supplement income or start a full-time security career, offering valuable experience and growth opportunities. The position may require working irregular shifts with little notice.

Location: White, GA 30184

Pay: $16 per hour

Employment Type: Part-Time

Availability: All shifts, on-call, no set schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle
• Monitor for irregular or suspicious conditions
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire in emergencies
• Warn violators of infractions
• Control access to property and monitor entrances/exits
• Observe and prevent theft, ensure proper property removal
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, maintain logs
• Assist customers, employees, visitors courteously
• Make emergency notifications as per site orders

Qualifications (must have)

• High school diploma or 5 years experience
• State/local licensing (if required)
• Valid driver’s license (if driving)
• Background check and drug screening
• At least 6 months security experience
• Minimum age 18 (21 if armed)
• Reliable, adaptable, able to operate radios/monitors
• Good communication, active listening, problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess situations quickly, mediate conflicts
• Teamwork and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, French)
• Previous security, military, law enforcement experience
