As a **Security Professional - Desk Concierge** in **Madison, NJ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As a Front Desk Security Officer, you will be stationed at the main entry point, greeting visitors and assisting with access control to help to deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry and exit activity, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service. You will remain visible at the front desk, serving as a point of contact for guests and staff, and responding promptly to inquiries or concerns. Our team values reliability, teamwork, and integrity, and you will play a key role in fostering a welcoming and secure environment at the location.

**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Monitor access to the location, greet visitors, and assist with visitor management procedures at the front desk.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
