As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to alarm panels, and providing outstanding customer service and communication to everyone on site. This is a primarily driving post, offering a dynamic work environment where you can make a positive impact. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Tue	11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Wed	11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to property management and/or law enforcement as required.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior through visible patrols and attentive monitoring.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license in the state of the job is preferred for primarily driving posts.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles and 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
