As a Security Professional - CRE Mobile Patrol in Nottingham, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. This is primarily a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols and interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in all interactions.

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or potential issues.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence throughout the property.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or concerns according to site protocols.
• Collaborate with property management and other personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment for tenants and guests.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Primarily driving post experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Maryland Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
