Job Description

As a Security Professional - Bank Patrol - Full Time in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining open communication with staff and visitors. You will contribute to a secure environment by responding promptly to situations and upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Tue	10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Wed	10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Sat	02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sun	02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, adapting to the specific needs of the location.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
• Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Florida Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
