OUR MISSION : Helping families get financially educated and serve the community on topics we should have learned in school.

Looking to escape the rat race? Considering a career change? Or wanting to add another income stream?

As a newly trained agent with Global Financial Impact (GFI), no prior experience is necessary. You will receive training and mentorship, obtain a life/health license in your state, and position yourself to serve others while earning income.

The position is fully remote, ideal for stay-at-home career seekers or those adding income to their household.

No experience required; our company offers comprehensive training programs.

We seek highly motivated, capable, and committed business partners to become financial professionals and provide client services.

MANDATORY : Clean background (No Felonies), US Social Security Number, reside in the US.

  • You can maintain your current job while working with us in either capacity.

Most new agents start as referrals or part-time (8-15 hours weekly) before transitioning to full-time. We are contracted with 25+ A-rated companies focused on financial literacy for underserved markets.

Salary :

Agents' earnings depend on effort and ambition. Many start part-time, earning a significant side income that can grow into a six-figure income.

Range: $36,000 - $125,000 annually

100% - 1099 independent contractor position; no hourly wage or caps on performance.

Experience

No financial experience needed; training is hands-on. Skills in leadership, public speaking, customer service, banking, or accounting can help you advance faster.

Opportunity Description

  • Develop Financial Need Analyses (FNA) for clients
  • Assist families, individuals, and business owners to improve financial positions, including:

1. Asset/Fund protection

2. Legacy building and estate planning

3. Index strategies

4. Debt management

5. Estate planning with our legal team

  • Position is 1099, performance-based

Work Schedule

1. Part Time - 6-15 hours weekly, flexible

2. Leads are generated via three tiers: Hot, Warm, Cold; partnered with ETHOS for lead generation.

3. Entirely remote; Zoom used for meetings.

4. You will have a Field Trainer to guide you through prospecting and client engagement until you are ready to operate independently.

5. Daily training sessions to develop your business skills.

  • Must pass a background check (No Felonies)
  • Must have a U.S. Social Security Number
  • Must reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada during initial process
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Type: Part-time
