Job Description

As a Security Professional - Auto Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer at this automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with team members and visitors. This post requires driving as part of your duties. You will contribute to a positive environment by acting with integrity, working collaboratively, and supporting a culture that puts people first.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents within the location.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
