Location: Aurora, CO
Hourly Compensation: $20–$22/hour + $75 leasing commissions + $500 hiring bonus

4. Leasing commission: $75 per lease signed
5. Hiring Bonus: $750total ($100 on your first paycheck, $250 after 3 months,$400 after 6 months)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and guide prospective residents in both English and Spanish
• Conduct tours and explain leasing features with clarity and warmth
• Complete applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently
• Provide responsive and compassionate customer service to residents
• Maintain organized leasing records and software entries (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)
• Contribute to a supportive, respectful community environment

You Bring:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• 1+ year of experience in multifamily leasing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, organization, and a team-player mindset
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle
• Experience with Google Workspace; Yardi & Rent Café a plus
