As a Security Professional - Auto Patrol in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in an automotive environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with individuals on site, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere by working collaboratively with your team and upholding the values of reliability, agility, and integrity. This position does not require driving or carrying a weapon.

Pay Rate: $21.45 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing for unusual behavior or situations.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or concerns according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid California Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
