Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 12+ years in Intelligence/National Security or related fields.
• 7+ years leading transformation initiatives with data analytics.
• Experience across personnel security domain.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and executive initiatives across sensitive programs.
• Build coalitions and partnerships across organizational boundaries.
• Leverage personnel security expertise to inform initiatives.
• Augment efforts with data science and visualization to provide real-time insights.
• Drive ongoing process improvement and transformation across workflows.
