Job summary

Resideo is seeking an experienced Manager, Pro Marketing – Security to translate business priorities into go-to-market plans, dealer communications, enablement tools, and integrated campaigns. You will drive dealer engagement, demand generation, and revenue growth across Security initiatives.

You will partner with sales, product management, brand, digital, training, and agency partners to ensure strong execution, measurable impact, and a cohesive market approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years supporting B2B, channel, dealer, distributor, reseller, contractor, installer, technology, SaaS, manufacturing, or related go-to-market programs.
• Experience developing and executing product launch, commercialization, campaign, or sales enablement programs.
• Strong written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear customer-and sales-facing guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, timelines, stakeholders, and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and planning for Security marketing aligned to business goals.
• Manage go-to-market initiatives including product launches and campaigns.
• Translate objectives into clear marketing plans, timelines, and messaging.
• Develop dealer-facing messaging, launch toolkits, and enablement materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, coordinated launches.
• Build programs to engage dealers and drive demand and revenue growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for impact.
