Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect clients across industries and manage a flexible schedule via our shift-pickup platform. Pay is $19.50 per hour with weekly pay and growth opportunities in hands-on site experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience, valid driver’s license, background check, and a drug screen; candidate must be 18+ (21 if armed). Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be 18+ (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/console and communicate effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Monitor entrances and exits to property and authorize access.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
