Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to patrol multiple sites, leveraging our shift-pickup platform to select available shifts. You will gain hands-on experience across healthcare, education, finance, and more while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and security hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rules; manage access and exits.
• Monitor entrances/exits and authorize entry.
• Observe and protect company property from theft.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
