Job summary

SouthState Bank, National Association is seeking a Security Posture Analyst I to monitor and report on the security posture of on‑premises, cloud, SaaS, and security tech environments. You will help provide visibility into control effectiveness, exposure trends, and emerging risks through actionable metrics and dashboards.

The role supports risk‑based decision making and collaborates with Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, and Audit teams to improve Threat Exposure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field preferred.
2–4 years in cybersecurity or IT risk management.
Experience with vulnerability management, cloud security, identity security, endpoint security.
Familiar with CSPM/SSPM/EASM concepts.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze security posture across on‑premises, cloud, SaaS, and security technology environments.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and trend reports for stakeholders.
Prioritize remediation using threat intel and risk context.
Support governance, compliance, and audit activities.
Collaborate with Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Risk Management, and IT teams.
