Job summary

SouthState Bank Corporation is seeking a Security Posture Analyst I to monitor, analyze, and report on the security posture across on‑premises, cloud, and SaaS environments. You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and KRIs to enable risk-based decision making and ensure data accuracy for stakeholders.

The role supports the Threat Exposure Management program and requires 2–4 years in cybersecurity or IT, with a focus on vulnerability management, cloud security, and security reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, information systems, data analytics, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of cybersecurity/IT/risk management experience or equivalent.
• Certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess security posture across on‑premises, cloud, SaaS, identity and network environments to identify exposure and risks.
• Develop and publish security posture scorecards, KPIs, KRIs, and executive dashboards.
• Analyze vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and exposed assets to prioritize remediation based on risk.
• Correlate and analyze data across security and asset management tools to ensure accurate risk representation.
• Support governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance activities with posture reporting.
