Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a cybersecurity/IT field; related certifications or experience may be considered.
• 2-4 years in cybersecurity, IT, risk management, or security operations; internships or military service may count.
• Exposure to vulnerability management, cloud security, security monitoring, identity security, endpoint security, attack surface management, or security reporting platforms is beneficial.
• Preferred certifications include CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, Microsoft SC-900, Microsoft AZ-900 or equivalent entry-level cybersecurity or cloud certs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess security posture across on-premises, cloud, SaaS, identity, endpoint, network, and applications.
• Develop, maintain, and publish security scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and trend analyses for stakeholders.
• Analyze vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, exposed assets, and control deficiencies to prioritize remediation.
• Correlate, validate, normalize, and analyze data across security tools and platforms to ensure accurate risk representation.
• Support governance by monitoring remediation actions and providing posture visibility.
