Job summary

Core One seeks a security policy specialist to support physical security, SCIF requirements, and protection of personnel, facilities, and property.

You will contribute to policy formulation, antiterrorism program development, and internal SOP updates while coordinating with Government personnel. TS/SCI clearance is required; travel CONUS/OCONUS may be necessary. Salary range is $100,000–$104,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–10 years of related security experience (industrial security and military OK).
• Experience with SCIF lifecycle projects, construction, and inspections for accreditation.
• Knowledge of ICD 705 series and DoDM 5105.21.

Responsibilities

• Assist in matters pertaining to physical security and SCIF security requirements.
• Provide support for security policy formulation, development and evaluation.
• Participate in development of the antiterrorism program.
• Document and update internal security policies and procedures.
• Draft security policies for review and approval by Government personnel.
• Coordinate security awareness materials and training across Field Offices.
