Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Security Platform Product Management to lead hands-on product execution for priority enterprise workstreams. You will translate platform direction into scope, requirements, and adoption plans, partnering with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable capabilities across the security platform.

Key responsibilities include defining use cases, prioritizing capabilities, and tracking outcomes that demonstrate business value.

Qualifications

• Experience translating platform direction into documented requirements, execution plans, and adoption measures.
• Ability to write clear use cases, acceptance criteria, and workflow narratives.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, architecture, data, and platform teams on APIs and data flows.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience in payments, fraud, identity, cybersecurity, or risk platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved platform direction into documented product scope and value propositions.
• Work with engineering and data teams to define requirements, trade-offs, and integration patterns.
• Prioritize features, create roadmaps, and plan adoption milestones.
• Document decision inputs, handoffs, and delivery context across workstreams.
• Coordinate adoption activities and measure progress against outcomes.
