Qualifications

• Ability to stay alert and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic report-writing and recordkeeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct routine patrols on foot or by vehicle as required.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, incidents, and policy violations.
• Verify access to restricted areas and assist with entry procedures when needed.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies according to established procedures.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain daily logs.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Work closely with supervisors, site leadership, and emergency personnel when necessary.
• Follow all company policies, post orders, and safety guidelines.
