• Requires valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Proficient English communication, verbal and written.
• Two years of experience in security, customer service or similar field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Submit formal patrol reports for each shift.
• Maintain a visible security presence and report unusual activity.
• Conduct security checks and inspect building entrances/exits.
• Patrol, inspect, and secure client access areas.
• Lock/unlock areas according to schedule.
• Document observations and actions taken.
• Adapt and innovate for efficiency.
