Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking a Patrol Officer to join our team in a role focused on safety, observation, and rapid response. You will be the visible ambassador for the company, performing patrols, reporting incidents, and ensuring client premises are secure.

Requirements include a valid driver license, English communication skills, and the ability to pass drug and background checks. Two years in security or related fields is preferred; HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus.
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Valid driver license with ability to pass MVR check.
• Minimum age 21; HS diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in security, customer service or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Submit formal reports of each patrol performed.
• Practice safe driving on and off duty.
• Maintain a highly visible presence and report unusual activity.
• Conduct security checks and inspect building entrances and exits.
• Patrol, inspect, and secure access areas into client's premises.
• Lock and unlock areas according to schedule.
• Conduct site safety and security inspections.
• Document observations, activities, and actions completed.
• Adapt and innovate for maximum efficiency.
