Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card (BSIS Security Officer License) required.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
• Excellent report writing and documentation.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular standing and mobile patrols of assigned posts and client properties.
• Monitor and control access at points of entry.
• Deter, detect, and report suspicious activity or threats.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain a daily activity log.
• Enforce client site rules in a professional manner.
• Communicate with law enforcement and client personnel as needed.
