Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in South Bend, IN to serve clients across diverse industries. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents while delivering professional customer service.

This full-time driving role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and a commitment to teamwork, integrity, and reliability in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen required.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access to the location and verify credentials or visitor authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and completed patrol activities.
