Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver in South Bend, Indiana. You will provide professional customer service, conduct vehicle and foot patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents across client sites.

Responsibilities include responding to security-related concerns, communicating clearly with visitors and team members, and supporting access control activities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening required; licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
