Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and the public while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeters, documenting observations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, professional action and report appropriately.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
