Allied Universal in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Alarm Panel Operator to protect tenants and clients across a data center and other facilities. You will monitor access points, verify credentials, and respond calmly to incidents while documenting activities.

This role requires at least 2 years of security experience, a high school diploma, and a willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and document entries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building, exterior grounds, parking areas, perimeter, and critical infrastructure.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports with professional interactions.
